quiet charm near parks and local attractions for city walkers

I loved the charming old-fashioned feel of this place and the beautiful gardens that made for lovely morning strolls. It was close to Shropshire Falconry, which was a great little adventure just a short walk away.

Lovely stay with yummy breakfast

Had such a nice time! The room was spotless, and being able to open the windows was a huge plus. Breakfast was amazing—those kippers were the best! Plus, we enjoyed grabbing drinks in the lounge area before dinner. Just wish they had more dinner options. a fab stay!

My only niggles were that the wifi signal wasn't very good, which complicated my work setup. A deeper mattress would’ve been nicer too, as the wooden bed frame digs in a bit when sitting!

We had such a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and our spacious room was perfect for the whole family, including our two dogs. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of choices that really set us up for the day. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and even ventured out to Alderford Lake, which was a great spot for a family outing.

My kids wished for a play area outside to keep them entertained. Some outdoor activities would have been a real bonus for families.
